Guiding Families Through the Complex Medicaid Application Process

Michelle Dempsey graduated from the University of CT with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. She has worked with Pfizer developing complex models to analyze performance metrics, and as a financial analyst for IBM Global Services in corporate finance. She has also worked with legal counsel in Connecticut, as a Title XIX paralegal, for Wade Jensen and Deborah Tedford, who are Elder Law attorneys and members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney (NAELA) and Elder Law section of the CT CBA.

Michelle served on the Board of Directors for Senior Resources, the Area Agency on Aging for Eastern Connecticut from October 2015 to October 2021, and she is the former Chair of the Community Relations Committee.  Michelle now serves on their Advisory Council.
